Powder weeks are for skiers who wish to improve their powder and off piste skiing. We arrange for a mixed group of up to 8 people staying together in our chalet, to ski each day with a fully qualified UAIGM mountain guide who, having assessed the capability of each member of our group on the first day, will take the party on subsequent days to different ski areas in the Mont Blanc region, where he considers conditions are best. Instruction will be given on snow craft and rescue techniques. All skiers will be provided with the necessary safety equipment by the guide, who will have full responsibility for the group. The cost of the guide will be shared equally by all members of the group. Daily transport will be provided by the chalet staff. Les Contamines is an excellent place to improve your powder performance. The snow conditions are often perfect and the slopes are such that skiers, who are relatively new to powder are able to control their speed and get the feel of their skis, building confidence in their ability to go steeper and deeper as the week progresses.

Ladies Powder Weeks have all of the above plus a bit of girly pampering.  A visit to either the famous Parc de Thermes in St Gervais or the Institut de Beaute in Le Fayet is arranged. Any treatments taken are paid for on the day.
