Entrance Hall
The front door leads into the entrance hall with doors leading to TV/Games room, utility room, and Boot and Ski area. Stairs leading to 1st floor.

TV/Games Room
This is large room with TV/DVD/Playstation.  Sofa bed which makes up to 2 singles. Football table.  Library of books, CD’s and DVDs.  Small kitchen off.  Door leading through to double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. In the summer months there are doors leading to a sunny patio area.

Boot and Ski Area
There is a door leading directly from the parking area into the Boot and Ski area.  Lots of space to store skis and boards, plus added bonus of  Electric Boot Warming Rack.

Ist Floor Salon:
Stairs lead directly to spacious lounge with large open fire and plenty of seating.  Apple Mac computer for clients use. French doors leading onto southerly facing balcony with views towards the Col de Bonhomme and the resorts ski area.

Dining Area with seating for 12 leading to open plan Kitchen. Door leading to huge dining terrace with table and chairs and gas fired BBQ.

Twin bedroom and Shower Room
Nicely appointed bright twin room with masses of cupboard space.  Shower room adjacent.
